Social Indicator is a diverse dataset of indicators designed to capture social conditions in Latin America and the Caribbean. The indicators are derived from national household survey data, Censuses, and other sources covering 21 countries from 1990 to date. While the Sociómetro includes traditional global indicators, the database also includes tailor-made indicators in five areas: Demographics, Education, Labor Market, Housing, and Income, to better capture conditions in LAC. In this particular dataset, we marked those indicators whose value we found to be out of normal expected range, this values maybe correctly measured and the deviation from the norm may be due to events occurring during the year. However, they are added to this list for them to be verified by a Technical Steward of the social sector.

It encompasses harmonized statistics of 25 countries in the region, assuring the comparability of the indicators among them and also over time. The dataset includes data since 1990 and it presents 72 main indicators, which can be broken down by age group, gender, zone, level of education and other. The SIMS contains information in 6 broad categories: population, employment, unemployment, income, social security and poverty. This database seeks to contribute to public policies design based on evidence to strengthen the development of the region. This dataset covers a Nationally Representative Sample of the Suriname population. It measures all main aspects of living conditions and reports consumption based poverty rates. The survey was executed between January and December 2022 (12 full months of fieldwork).

Dataset related to the publication "Transformacao Digital dos Governos Brasileiros Satisfacao dos Cidados com os Serviços Públicos Digitais". The document summarizes the results of a new citizen satisfaction survey on digital public services in Brazil. It shows that the Brazilian population is connected and considers itself well adapted to the digital world, even with foreseeable inequalities of age, level of formal education and income. It aimed to collect information about the adaptation of citizens to the digital world, their level of perceived connectivity and internet use and their assessment of the quality of digital services in the public sector (focusing on the state level, but also with questions about the federal and municipal levels) and the private sector, among other topics.

The Regional system of standardized Indicators in peaceful coexistence and Citizen Security (RIC) is a project through which 15 countries and two capital cities of Latin America and the Caribbean, have partnered to improve and compare their statistics on crime and violence. This initiative has been promoted and financed by the Inter-American Development Bank - IDB through the Regional Public Goods program under the coordination and execution of CISALVA Institute at the Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia. The citizen security indicators were designed, reviewed and approved by the project's partner countries, along with established definitions and methodologies for the standardizing of the collecting, processing and analyzing stages of the information flow in order to support the quality of the data published. These indicators were reviewed in various regional boards, resulting in the improvement of some of them and the selection of additional citizen security indicators. The indicators are obtained via administrative records and others via surveys. In order to ensure the comparability of the indicators, a standardization process of concepts relating to the variables of time, place, person and circumstance was developed.

FINLAC es una base de datos de instituciones financieras reguladas con información sobre desempeño financiero e inclusión financiera por institución financiera. Cubre 7 periodos en el tiempo, más de 50 variables y cubre más de 2000 instituciones financieras. Utiliza información pública o provista al BID para estos efectos por parte de autoridades financieras, y en algunos casos excepcionales, por la propia institución.
