This set comprises the data collected to inform the 2016 Cybersecurity Report entitled Cybersecurity Are we ready in Latin America and the Caribbean?, result of the collaboration between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) at the University of Oxford. It was collected through an online survey based on the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (CMM) developed by the GCSCC and translated into two languages (English and Spanish). After a piloting stage, the survey was administered to a wide cross-section of national stakeholders in 32 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The responses received were aggregated, reviewed, cleaned and complimented with additional sources of information.

This file contains descriptive data derived from the end line data set collected for an evaluation study of the impact of participation in a psychological intervention designed by the NGO, Centro de Prevención de la Violencia (CEPREV), on intimate partner violence among at-risk youth living in three neighborhoods in the vicinity of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The intervention ran from January 2015 through October 2015. Study participants were 934 young women and men (589 treatment and 345 controls) between the ages of 13 and 30. Baseline data collection took place in November of 2014 while final data was collected between December 2015 and February 2016.

The Database of Labor Markets and Social Security Information System (SIMS) is the most important source of information about jobs and pensions in Latin America and the Caribbean. It encompasses harmonized statistics of 25 countries in the region, assuring the comparability of the indicators among them and also over time. The dataset includes data since 1990 and it presents 72 main indicators, which can be broken down by age group, gender, zone, level of education and other. The SIMS contains information in 6 broad categories: population, employment, unemployment, income, social security and poverty. This database seeks to contribute to public policies design based on evidence to strengthen the development of the region. The "Database of suburban railways in Latin America" collects 56 indicators and benchmarks of suburban passenger railways, contained in 11 major themes. This information allows, on the one hand, to understand the dimension and characteristics of the level of activity of each of them, and on the other, through benchmarks, to know the operational-financial efficiency of their performance when compared with their peer railways.

This dataset contains information on Programa Nacional Cuna Más (Cuna Mas, hereinafter), Peru’s largest early childhood development program established in 2012. It focuses on one of the two services provided by Cuna Mas known as Servicio de Cuidado Diurno, a daycare service in marginalized urban areas that provides comprehensive care to children aged 6 to 36 months. Data were collected between November 2013 and January 2014 by the Inter-American Development Bank. The objective of the study was to estimate the association between caregiver quality and the development of very young children (6 to 24 months).
