This study seeks to draw attention to the families of people who are detained in the local Mexican prison system. The results of this study are divided into two parts: the first part shows the socio-demographic characteristics of those who visit the Centers for Social Rehabilitation including information about their education, work, and economic status, among others. The second part provides quantitative information on the economic, social and health costs that are imposed by a criminal model that fails to recognize its existence, and by a prison system that frequently fails to comply with the obligation to pay the expenses of those that have been put in seclusion.

This file contains data from an evaluation study of the impact of participation in a psychological intervention designed by the NGO, Centro de Prevención de la Violencia (CEPREV), on intimate partner violence among at-risk youth living in three neighborhoods in the vicinity of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The intervention ran from January 2015 through October 2015. Study participants were 934 young women and men (589 treatment and 345 controls) between the ages of 13 and 30. Baseline data collection took place in November of 2014 while final data was collected between December 2015 and February 2016.

The Dataset of Housing Indicators aims to give users access to quality information regarding urban housing and development, including policies and best practices related to housing conditions in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

This set comprises the data collected to inform the 2016 Cybersecurity Report entitled Cybersecurity Are we ready in Latin America and the Caribbean?, result of the collaboration between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) at the University of Oxford. It was collected through an online survey based on the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (CMM) developed by the GCSCC and translated into two languages (English and Spanish). After a piloting stage, the survey was administered to a wide cross-section of national stakeholders in 32 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The responses received were aggregated, reviewed, cleaned and complimented with additional sources of information.
